why I don't beleive in Market Research

I'm referring to MARKET RESEARCH in capital letters. The one that large companies pay huge amounts for.

Try doing a survey of 100 people and ask them if they'd eat in a restaurant that looks like a bathroom, toilet bowls as chairs and eat in small toilet-inspired bowls. And you'll get your answer, it'll be NO, NO and NO!

The Martun, or toilet in Chinese, located in Taipei is so popular that you'd have to wait in line on weekends. It's a huge success that it opened its second branch just seven months after the first and is gaining international recognition as a go-to place in the region.

Market Research is an art. The paradox is that a lot of marketers try so hard to get the answers directly from customers when the customers themselves don't know the answers.

Priceless! I love it when a business "thinks outside the box" - they deserve evry success.
